The terms for using our website and our text message program, written around the services Avion ABA offers across New Jersey.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Avion ABA website and our text message program. Avion ABA is operated by Avion ABA. By using the website or agreeing to receive texts, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
What this website is for
This website gives general information about Avion ABA, our four services (in-home ABA, school-based ABA, community-based ABA, and parent and caregiver training), the New Jersey counties we serve, and how to contact our intake team.
Nothing on this website is a diagnosis, an evaluation, or individual clinical or medical advice. ABA programs are written after an individual assessment of one child. Reading the site, sending a form, emailing us, or texting us does not create a treatment relationship. That begins only when we both agree in writing to services.
No emergency services
Do not use the website, forms, email, or text messages for emergencies. We may not see a message right away. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911. If you or someone you know is in emotional crisis, call or text 988.
Our services and availability
We serve children and teens from 12 months to 18 years. Which services we offer depends on the county, because it depends on clinician coverage, school arrangements, and current openings. A service listed on this site may not yet be available in your county or town. Our intake team will tell you plainly what is available for your family.
School-based ABA works alongside a child’s school and its team. It does not replace school services, and we cannot place staff in a school without the school’s agreement.
We do not promise outcomes. ABA supports skill development and progress is measured and reviewed with your family, but results depend on the child, the plan, and many other factors. We also cannot promise a start date, a number of hours, or how long the process will take. Timing depends on insurance, assessment, staffing, and your availability.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that we can accept a child as a client.
Insurance and coverage
Coverage is reviewed case by case. Our intake team will verify your specific plan and benefits before services begin. Information on this website about insurance is general and may change. It is not a statement that your plan will cover services, and an inquiry is not an authorization from your insurer.
Forms and your information
When you give us your contact details through the website, you allow us to use them to respond to you and to talk with you about the information or services you asked about. Please give accurate information and use only your own details, or those of a child you are legally allowed to act for.
Electronic messages can be delayed, misdirected, or intercepted, and we cannot promise that a message is received or read right away. For anything urgent, call us.
SMS program terms
Program
The Avion ABA text message program sends appointment reminders, account notifications, and general customer care messages to families and caregivers who have opted in. We do not send promotional texts.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the consent box next to the text message disclosure on a Avion ABA form and submitting the form with your mobile number. The box is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you do not have to agree to texts to submit a form or to receive services.
Message frequency, rates, and carriers
Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and account activity. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and we cannot guarantee it.
Opt out and help
- Reply STOPto opt out of text messages. You will receive one confirmation, and no more texts after that unless you opt in again.

Privacy of your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Keep texts simple
Do not send diagnoses, test results, insurance member numbers, or other sensitive details by text. If you change or give up your mobile number, tell us so that messages do not reach someone else.
Using the website
You may use the website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use it for anything unlawful
- Interfere with its operation or security, or try to reach systems you are not authorized to use
- Introduce malware or harmful code
- Collect information about other visitors or families without permission
- Pretend to be another person or organization
- Submit false or misleading information, or submit forms for a number you do not control
- Copy the site with automated tools to republish or resell it
Ownership of content
The text, images, logo, designs, and other content on this website belong to, or are licensed to, Avion ABA. The Avion ABA name and logo may not be copied, redrawn, altered, or used without our written permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use website content without our written permission.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.
Disclaimers

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If we make a material change to the SMS program terms, we will notify enrolled numbers where the law requires.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms will be heard in a court with proper jurisdiction in New Jersey, unless the law requires otherwise.
